30-day FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong items ONLY  

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We are here to assist you in case of any damage or manufacturing issues. Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll happily arrange a free replacement or refund.

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We have a 30-day FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong items ONLY. You have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return for a free replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

START A RETURN OR REFUND

To start a return or report any issues, go to your "HOW WAS YOUR DELIVERY" email, that you will receive shortly after your order has been delivered.  CLICK on the "LET US KNOW HOW WE DID" blue banner.  You will then see your order details.  On the item(s) you want to start a RETURN or REFUND, CLICK the "REPORT A PROBLEM" tab and then follow the instructions from there.
