Do I have to have an account to place an order?
You do not have to have an account to order. You may checkout as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, your billing and shipping information, and your order history will be stored for your convenience.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop, Meta, PayPal, Venmo, and Diners Club.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail which will include the tracking number.

Do you have stores where I can shop?
No, we are an online store only.

Do you charge sales tax?
6.00% Maryland sales tax is charged for all orders.

What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the total of the order. FREE standard shipping on all orders $50 and over.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we do not ship orders internationally yet.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2-7 business days. Standard shipping will usually arrive within 5-8 business days.

What is your return policy?
FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong items ONLY are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Returned merchandise must be in new and unworn condition. We will gladly replace or refund the cost of the item(s) that is Damaged, Defective, or Wrongly sent ONLY.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept returns that are not in new condition or beyond 30 days. If merchandise is received, that is ineligible for return, no free replacement or refund will be issued.

How long will it take to receive a refund?
Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. Credits can take up to 2 weeks to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's posting policies.
